A Little This...A Little That

THIS~~~Had a discussion with my daughter the other day. Seems we all feel, from time to time, a little "overwhelmed" with Internet "responsibilities". Now if these "responsibilities" include paying your bills on time or completing homework, or job duties...well then, the stress is warranted. But if the stress is related to say blogging or um...say facebook socializing...well then maybe we should take a step back and breathe a little. I mean...come on what's to stress about? Really?

I chose this picture because it makes me think of me sometimes! LOL!

THAT~~~I've got a pain in the neck...no really...a real pain in the neck. It hurts so bad. I've tried everything. Heat, massage, drugs, rest, you name it...I've tried it. Except for a chiropractor. So this December 1st, I will start my holiday month out by going to the chiropractor. Come to think of it, that may be the only type of doctor I have not had the pleasure of meeting...so I'll give him a whirl too!

THIS~~~Got some Christmas shopping done yesterday for the grandchildren! How fun was that! Almost made me feel young again, back when I used to gather up stuff for my own children. Only I had a lot more stamina back in those days! My husband and I have always enjoyed gathering up Christmas stuff for the kids...even the days when we done it at rummage sales.

THAT~~~While shopping at Sam's Club yesterday, we enjoyed a wonderful gourmet meal of lamb chops, beef brisket, sparkling apple cider, chocolate cake, and many other samples. Wow! They had a sampling area about every 10 feet and we didn't miss any of them! There was Christmas music playing...I thought we were at a party! It's wonderful to live in America isn't it?

Hope you all have a blessed wonderful Lord's day and remember to be thankful for all the good that God has blessed your life with. And as Empress Bee always says, "I know I will"!

Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name. Psalm 100:4
