No Change Please...

Well, you leave blogger for a few minutes and then when you come back all has changed. I've not been a fan of change lately, yet everything is changing. What in the world happened to our dashboard and why is it gone? Does anyone have a dashboard or is it just me? May I have my old dashboard back please? I would like to ask blogger a lot of questions but I can't find where to ask them. Luckily it looks like I may be able to post this so I will give it a whirl and see what happens. I guess I will keep looking and searching till I figure things out!

Had to get new cell phones today and oh my what a chore. Ended up with the Iphone. Paid more than we really wanted to but any hoo we are now officially updated. No matter, I suppose, that I have no idea what to do with all the technology of this new phone. As I write this I am missing my old outdated cell phone! I long for simplicity...boo hoo! Lol!

On a lighter note *sarcastically speaking* in a few weeks we will be going to a complete computerized charting system at work. "They say" it will make everything "easier" and "more organized". I've heard these words before and for some reason hearing this makes my heart race, my hands get sweaty, and head pound! So what to do? Hangest thou in there I suppose.

I remain thankful for the one thing in my life that never changes though. My rock, my fortress, my deliverer, my strength and salvation. My Lord!

Shalom

I retired in 2006, but what I remember most about the last decade before retirement was the relentless march of "progress." It seemed like a new computer system arrived every 2-3 years, just as I had gotten comfortable with the old one. The systems always seemed to have more bells and whistles than what the ordinary analyst needed to get the work done.

Hey Debra. I returned to my blog to find the same issue as you. All I needed was something new to give me another challenge. Just hunt and peck your way through it all.

That is good news about the updating system at work. Let me know when you figure this new blogger out. LOL!

oh me too! I've been whining all afternoon, blogger has totally changed and now I need Google Chrome??? That's what they said.

I don't know either, and to make it worse, WE need new cell phones too, and I am resisting the i-phone thing cuz I don't want to 'learn how to do it!'...

Enough griping... I'm thankful with you that God never changes!! :)

I'm not a fan of the blogger changes either. They may think it's easier, but I find it's much less intuitive than before. And why have they bleached all the color out of the pages?

Oh well. With change comes opportunity...I guess.

I SO agree with you about all the changes. Why can't they just leave things alone, or at least give us a chance if we want the change or not. I'm clinging, and I mean clinging to my old fb as long as I can, as I see so many going to the "new & updated version." I did a post recently about even returning to the tried and true, of the 30's-40's-50's CLOTH pure white, wonderful dish towels. So thankful I found them and am loving them!!!
