I've heard some say that a cyber friend is really not a friend and before I started blogging I might have said the same thing. But I have to say, I have been greatly blessed by having had a part of the blogging community. I have met friends from all over the world, friends that I might never have met except through blogging and they have been a blessing to me.
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm thankful. Thankful not only for my friends that I can see and touch and hear in person, but also for those that can only know me through the written expressions of my heart.
It is that heart to heart communication that make friendships special...be it in person or not.

I think we become friends through our blogs so quickly because we truly share so much of WHO we are through the written word. I know how very much blogging has enriched my life. Glad I found you.

I agree. I think people who say that about blog friendships have never had any! Sure it's different than real life friendship... but not that much.
Oh, blogging has opened up my world so much. I really enjoy it. I do hope to make my way around the country in the next few years and meet as many as I can. It would be nice to put a warm handshake to every person who posts on my blog!
